Cedar Pines RV Resort is
located on I-5, exit # 728, just one exit south of
the city of Dunsmuir, and 49 miles north of Redding.
Northern California is the hub of recreational activities;
boating, hiking, horseback riding, snow skiing, all
within easy driving distances.
As the owner's
of Cedar Pines RV Resort, we have made a commitment to
provide the best possible resort experience to our clients
and customers. We will do our best to offer every
convenience and comfort possible.
We can now offer
annual leases as an alternative to purchase. Most
utilities included, unlimited access all year
round.
There
are only 30 spaces for new
permanent park model RV's. We have chosen well
known manufacturers of quality park model RV's that
will provide you with years of enjoyment. The upper
Sacramento River is an short walk from
the resort, for year round fly fishing.
The resort is located in the tall pines and cedars with
lots of shade and grass. There will be
a common area with firepit and comfortable seating to
visit with your neighbors and compare "fish stories."
The resort is private and secure. Utilities
included in your low monthly fee are sewer,
water, trash pickup.
We are a work in progress, so as
residents, your suggestions will be appreciated. You
